We bring the latest thinking and pioneering technology to a portfolio of products, solutions and services focused on needs of our customers.Global Care Center (GCC) Engineer Located in Warsaw, PolandGlobal Care Center is responsible for provisioning of software maintenance services around the world, solution development and delivery, proactive problem detection and prevention and business-critical support for all phases of product and software life-cycle.We are looking for candidates to the following positions:- Broadband Access Engineer - ref. BA- Operations and Business Software Engineer - ref. OBS- Radio Access Engineer - ref. RA- Service Core and Applications Engineer - ref. SCA- Transport and IP Networking Engineer - ref. IPTo meet the challenge of working in Global Care Center, the perfect candidate should have:- Masters degree in either Telecommunications or IT- knowledge of telecommunication and system-specific architecture- analytical troubleshooting skills- knowledge of relevant system interfaces & protocols- ability to communicate effectively in spoken and written EnglishProfessional experience in Telecommunications or IT industry will be an advantage.Candidates should also possess following personal attributes:- good team player,- ability to work under pressure- willingness to continuous learning- ability to work independently, requires minimum guidance and supervisionIn Global Care Center the successful candidate will:- develop and deliver services from NSN Care portfolio- analyze and troubleshoot Customer's problem- reproduce Customer's problem in local laboratory,  collect logs and additional symptoms- verify solutions provided by R&D- ensure proper problem handling, follow-up actions and issue regular update reportingPlease apply on our careers web page referring to relevant reference numberhttp://careers.nokiasiemensnetworks.com/
